Our Resin River Board Class is a hands-on, laid-back creative session where you design and pour a stunning one-of-a-kind board from scratch. Held in Stapylton, right between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, it's a craft and sip experience that's part art class, part good time with good people. No experience needed, no pressure to get it "right." Just bring your curiosity and a little imagination, and our friendly hosts will guide you through every pour.
What Is a Resin River Board?
A resin river board is a serving board with a "river" of coloured resin flowing through the centre, and it's one of the most eye-catching pieces you can make with your own hands. In this resin class, you'll choose your palette, from translucent, glassy hues to bold, opaque colours, and pour and blend your way to a design that's completely your own. Our expert hosts will teach you the essential pouring techniques and colour-blending tips to create mesmerising swirls and vibrant patterns, and you'll be surprised how quickly you get the hang of it!
Craft and Sip Near You: BYO Drinks and Good Company
If you've been looking for a craft and sip in Brisbane that feels more like a night out than a class, this is it. The vibe is relaxed and social, with music, chatter and the occasional gasp when a colour does something unexpectedly gorgeous. Bring your own drinks and nibbles to enjoy while you create, or grab something from our Snack Bar, food catering is also available, if you'd rather leave the planning to us.
What's included in your resin class
Here's everything you need to know before you book:
- Duration: Approximately 3 hours of guided, hands-on creating
- Price: From $200 per person
- Included: All materials, your board, an apron, and expert guidance every step of the way
- After your workshop: Once your resin has cured, we plane your board, square it up and route the edges in the style of your choice (Square, Round or 45-degree), all included in the price
- What to wear: Clothes you don't mind getting a little messy. Aprons are provided, but resin can be tricky to remove from fabric

- Add-ons: Dried flowers, seashells and starfish are available in-store for an extra cost, for a floral or coastal look
- BYO: Bring your favourite drinks and nibbles, or purchase from our Snack Bar

Want the studio all to yourselves? Gather a group of 8 or more adults and we'll organise a private resin river board session tailored to your schedule, with flexible start times between 9:00am and 6:30pm. It's a hit for hens parties, birthdays, team building days and catch-ups with your favourite people. Private sessions are booked directly with our team so we can shape the day around your group, so get in touch and we'll take care of the rest!

Our hosts are as encouraging as they are skilled, and there's no "wrong" way to pour resin, so you can relax and let the colours do their thing. Resin River Board FAQs
We've answered the most common questions guests ask about our Resin River Board class.
Resin needs up to a week to fully cure. After that, we plane your board and route the edges, and you can collect it around four weeks after your workshop (we'll let you know when it's ready).
Absolutely — BYO your favourite drink and some snacks to enjoy while you create. Just note that guests consuming alcohol must be 18 or over, and ID may be requested.
None at all. Our hosts guide you through every step, from mixing to pouring, so it's just as suited to complete beginners as it is to guests who've done a few resin classes before.
Absolutely. Dried flowers, seashells and starfish are available in-store for an additional cost, so you can go floral or coastal.
For safety reasons around the resin materials, we ask that guests who are pregnant sit this session out. We'd still love to have you along for a future visit.
Yes! Private and group sessions are available outside our regular monthly class — just email our team and we'll help you organise a date, group size and board options.
